We do everything we can to make their rest enjoyable and smooth. Therefore, please note and observe the following!

Reception service from 7 am to 8 pm, during this time we will respond to requests for quotations and reservations, if you arrive at a different time, please call +36/30/3816576 or +36/56/318596
Check-in after 20:00 is possible for a fee. For guests arriving after 20:00, we will charge an additional check-in fee of HUF 2,500 / hour for each hour started, and we will not be able to provide check-in after 24:00.

In case of booking, please transfer 20% deposit within 2 working days!

A buffet breakfast is served at the hotel from 08:00 until 09:30.
Free of lactose, gluten and soy, respectively. we CANNOT provide vegetarian and vegan food, our hotel has a Hungarian cuisine with Hungarian flavors.
Dinner can be enjoyed in the Royal Hotel’s new restaurant from 17:30 until 19:30. Where guests can choose from three types of soups, three types of main courses, fresh salads, and desserts to their liking.
The room is expected to be available from 3 pm and must be handed over by 10 am on the day of departure.
We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests to the fact that household appliances brought from home (eg electric kettle, any coffee maker, double stove, etc.) are strictly forbidden to use in the hotel room !!!
Air conditioning is available for a fee. A switch for air conditioners can be requested at reception. The usage fee is 2,000 HUF / room / night.
The hotel is located about 200 m from the entrance of the Cserkeszőlő spa, about 150 m from the bus station
The wellness area (jacuzzi for 8 people, FINN, and infrared sauna) can be used from 12 to 19 hours, the water temperature of the jacuzzi is 30-34 C °.

FINN sauna can be used from 14:00 to 19:00!

Our hotel is NOT a wellness hotel, our wellness department can be used completely free of charge, so our guests do NOT have to pay extra. This service is an extra kindness, / gratis / for the extra relaxation of our guests. No appointment can be booked in our wellness department, everyone can use it free of charge during opening hours. We CANNOT accept any complaints about any saturation, waiting, as we do not charge any fees for this service.

It is strictly forbidden to take the towels in the rooms to the wellness area or to the beach!
For the attention of our guests with limited mobility: the hotel has only first and second floor rooms, NO LIFT! The hotel is not accessible. Please note when ordering!
For those arriving with small children: a high chair is provided for breakfast.
Cot, bathtub, baby food warmer, microwave, etc. We CANNOT provide it.
We provide free WiFi access

The parking lot of our hotel can be used for a fee. 900 HUF / vehicle / night
In case of purchasing a coupon, package or gift voucher, the value of the unused service contained in it will not be refunded!
Payment is also possible with a NICE card, cash and credit card
The IFA (tourist tax) does not include VAT, it is exempt from material tax
600 HUF / person / night from 2025, which must be paid in cash by anyone over the age of 18.
No animals are allowed in our hotel

Smoking regulations

 

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOTEL AND WITHIN 5 METERS FROM ITS ENTRANCE!

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas of the hotel.

Guests and anyone staying in the hotel are required to comply with the law and to comply with any requests. If the hotel operator is fined by the competent authority for the infringing conduct of any guest or other person on the hotel premises, the operator reserves the right to transfer the amount of the fine to or from the person who commits the infringing conduct. demand. In case of violation of this, especially smoking in the rooms or smoking on the balcony of the rooms in such a way that the tobacco smoke enters the room, the smoking guest is obliged to pay an additional cleaning fee of HUF 15,000, which will be charged to the room bill.

Cancellation policy

 

The reservation can be canceled in writing on the 14th day prior to arrival, free of charge, by paying a handling fee of HUF 5,000 per booking. If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

It is possible to change the booked time once free of charge, outside the penalty period! Any further dates change will incur a 4,000 HUF / change fee, which will be added to the price of the accommodation!

If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. The deposit paid, minus the handling fee / 5000ft / will be refunded!

We cannot return the transfer from a nice card, we can only change it to a later date!

If the accommodation booked with a coupon or voucher is canceled within 14 days or does not arrive, the coupon or voucher will be considered used, its price will not be refunded, it will not be refunded, it will be included in the value of the booked accommodation and the difference will be invoiced to the guest. If the guest arrives but does not wish to use the previously booked guest night for any reason and leaves earlier than the number of the booked night, the accommodation is entitled to charge the number of the booked night and pay the price to the guest!
